Your physical therapist will guide you through a tailored program with exercises, activity goals and education tailored to your situation.* Clear exercise videos showing you how to correctly perform your exercises.* Researched and vetted information and explanation videos on how to manage your condition* Integration with Google Fit to automatically track your activity, optionally with Google Fit supported apps or fitness devices.* Receive notifications for appointments, exercises and your activity goals to keep on top of your program.
You can manage how many notifications you want to receive the app.* Stay in touch with your physical therapist for advice and instructions by sending them a message or joining a secure 1-on-1 video call.Important: You can access a program when you receive an invite from your physical therapist to use the HealthTrain app.
Activate the app using the same mobile phone number you received the invite on to access your program.
Users who access the app without an invite currently can only access demo content.
